Patients are required to pay their fee minimums at least 2 (two) business days prior to the procedure date. Additional fees for anesthesia services will be collected in full following conclusion of the procedure. These final fees are determined on the length of the procedure. Cancellation of cases is made at the discretion of the treating provider in conjunction with our mission to provide the safest anesthesia possible. Common causes of "day-of" cancellations are NPO violations or new onset illnesses, especially in the pediatric population.
Providers will work with your office should unforseen personal or professional circumstances arise which necessitate the short-notice cancellation of a scheduled date of service. Weather or disaster related cancellations will be rescheduled as soon as reasonable and safely possible.
